1. Order Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is separate from the transit time.

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Acceptance: Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and confirmed.

High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please Note: All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They represent the time from when the package leaves our facility to when it reaches your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving this email.
4. Shipping Carrier and Liability
We use various reputable carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) depending on the destination and shipping speed selected.

Loss or Damage in Transit: Once we hand the merchandise over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss or damage transfers to you, the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided on your order. If you have concerns about package theft, please ensure you use a secure delivery location.

Claims: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is significantly delayed in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing necessary documentation.
5. International Shipping
We offer shipping to many international locations. International customers are responsible for the following:

Duties and Taxes: All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are collected by your local government upon delivery.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay duties/taxes upon arrival, the package will be returned to us. Any original shipping costs, plus any return shipping fees or processing charges incurred by MUNTAHA, will be deducted from your final refund (if applicable).
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error, we are unable to reship or refund the order until the package is returned to us.
If the package is returned, you may choose to either pay a new shipping fee for redelivery or receive a refund for the cost of the product (minus the original shipping charges).
